We talk through your story, location, and what you want to feel when you look back. I reply personally, usually within two days, with honest guidance on light and timing.

On the day I work quietly and observantly. No rigid posing unless you want direction. The goal is ease, so the images feel like you, not a performance.

Your edited gallery arrives in a private online space. Sessions within two to three weeks; weddings within four to six. Every image is finished by hand in my signature style.

I'm based in Groningen but also work on location throughout the Netherlands. A photoshoot abroad is also possible.
Yes, I love travelling abroad for photoshoots. Since every project and location is different, I always create a separate quote for international assignments. The price depends on travel and accommodation costs, but I'm happy to find a suitable solution together.
Portrait and family sessions within 2–3 weeks; weddings within 4–6 weeks. You receive a private online gallery.
For assignments within the city of Groningen, I do not charge any travel costs. Outside the city, travel costs are €0.23 per kilometre.
In some cases, additional costs may apply. If I need to be on location outside the province of Groningen before 8:00 a.m., an extra fee of €50 will be charged. Any parking costs will also be billed separately.
I work both on location and in a studio. I do not have my own studio space, but if you prefer to be photographed in a studio, a suitable location can be rented. The rental costs are at the client's expense.
Rain is of course always unfortunate during an outdoor shoot. For special occasions such as a wedding or a day that cannot be rescheduled, we make the best of it together, sometimes that even results in unique photos. In other cases, we can reschedule or choose an alternative indoor location.

Yes, it is possible to order additional photos. The cost is €5 per photo.
Yes. For portrait, couple, kids and family shoots this is usually not necessary. For weddings, the rate is €250 per extra hour; for coverage exceeding 8 hours, the rate is €350 per hour.
The photos are stored for one month in a password-protected online gallery, where they can also be downloaded.
Yes, I'm happy to help find a suitable location. In and around Groningen I know many beautiful spots for different types of shoots. Further afield, we'll look together for a place that fits the shoot and the desired atmosphere.
